Guild Associates is a leader in applying adsorption research and development to diverse industrial and defense markets. Guild's key strengths are understanding the adsorption characteristics of chemical agents and other toxic industrial chemicals (TICs), testing, and mathematical modeling. Guild’s Senior Engineering Staff, seasoned in the competitive fire of commercial markets, realized the critical role that reliable fundamental data holds in designing industrial systems. These data, married to physically realistic simulation models, allow the designer to examine adsorption cycle dynamics comprehensively with modest effort. Early effort was directed at faculties and facilities consistent with these principles. The strategy is paying off as Guild’s adsorption technologists unravel one difficult separation after another.
For more than 15 years, Guild Associates has been measuring adsorption isotherm data for both commercial and military applications. Guild designed its Adsorption Research Laboratory to quantify key adsorption parameters that novel adsorbents exhibit. Guild has developed several automated adsorption isotherm systems with a wide range of capabilities.

Guild can provide a full range of equilibria data from the simplest result (e.g., 2 or 3 equilibria points at one temperature and one humidity) to the most complex (e.g., 2 or more adsorbates over several orders of magnitude and a 200 °C temperature range). Guild applies automated isotherm measurement systems to provide improved accuracy, excellent repeatability, and fast turn-around time. Guild also has systems are also available to measure multi-component adsorption equilibria.
